Experience allows us to complete repairs quicker saving you valuable time and money.

Not only do we service what we sell, we’ll also tackle any of your equipment difficulties regardless of manufacturer. We approach service with the philosophy that we’ll get you back in operation as soon as absolutely possible and we won’t leave you hanging. If your equipment problem can’t be fixed on the first visit, we will communicate with you so you know exactly when we’ll be back to resolve your issue.

Many issues can be resolved without a visit. Telephone John at the office and discuss your issue with him. He may be able to offer troubleshooting advice that will allow you to resolve the issue yourself. If not, he can schedule a service visit. There is never any charge for telephone troubleshooting.

To our out of town customers, if absolutely necessary and weather permitting, we also have a small aircraft at our disposal. Craig is a licensed and experienced pilot who would be more than happy to resolve your emergency.

Our service rate is $95.00/hour and must include travel time from our shop to your location. If your location is outside Salt Lake County you will also be charged mileage at $0.50/mile. Emergency same day service and/or after hours service is charged at 1-1/2 times our standard rate.
